Weight is measured at the disposal facility using a certified scale. We receive the weight ticket and invoice you accordingly. Overage charges are non-negotiable and non-refundable because they reflect actual disposal costs passed through to you.
Rental Period & Extensions
The rental period specified at booking is included in your quoted price. This is typically 7 days but varies by agreement.
If you need to keep the container beyond the rental period, call us to arrange an extension. Extended rental fees apply and will be billed to you. Early pickup requests are accommodated at no refund of unused days — the rental is a flat-rate service.
